Birthday Card Making Party

What a fun card event it was on Sunday! After many requests to make birthday cards, we put together a relaxing, creative card-making party.

Here are the examples of the cards we made:

This card may look simple BUT we found it to be the most involved. Using the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the boots perfectly lined up was challenging but worth it. Isn't it darling?!

We used all of the colors in the brights paper pack and Stampin' Up! Floral Frames Framelits Dies using the Big Shot. Each crafter also made a coordinating polka dot Designer Series Paper 8x8 envelope using the Simply Scored Diagonal Plate to put their flower framelit card into.

This card was a CASE from Mary Fish (http://www.stampinpretty.com/floral-frames-card.html).

This cheery birthday card using Patio Party Designer Series Paper was quick and simple. Each crafter created their own cupcake design with the Create A Cupcake stamp set and punch.

Card CASEd from Catherine Pooler

We used 4 punches for this card, making it a quick card to put together. With dimensionals, we popped up the hats and added rhinestones to the pom poms for a little "bling."
Card CASE from Michelle Surette

Each crafter picked Designer Series Paper and brads to make effortless gift card holders with the Big Shot.

We all went home prepared for our many upcoming 2013 birthdays and had a blast doing it!
