Birthday Candle Card

I just received my order from the NEW Stampin' Up! catalog with some fabulous new Designer Series Paper inside.

My little sister's birthday is this week and I wanted to make a card for her special day. I had seen several cards made using this DSP and couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Here is my Candle Card using Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper (130145).
