Craft with Kathleen: Paper Pumpkin Is SO Fun!

I had a blast playing around with my Paper Pumpkin kit! Here are a few reasons why it was such a great time:

1. After my family went to bed the house was quiet and I got to spend 30 minutes doing what I LOVE to do...crafting. It was mindless and relaxing.

2. I didn't have to give much thought to what my project was going to look like. I'll be honest, coming up with ideas can be exhausting.

3. Almost everything I needed was in the kit. The only thing I needed to grab was glue to adhere the button. So for those of you who just want to sit down to create something, it's all in your monthly subscription!

4. There are great step-by-step directions on how to make the cards. OR you can play around and come up with your own designs without working your brain too hard.

So with all of the quality products that arrived in my Paper Pumpkin kit, these are some of the designs I came up with:

Now...I wanted to test out the ease of Paper Pumpkin on a person who is not a crafter or stamper.

I laid out the remaining materials on the table and asked my sweet husband to make a card. I did not include the directions because I wanted to see what he would come up with...

And here is his final product:

Pretty great huh?! After completing his card I asked my husband what he thought and he said, "it was fun!" I think I know what I'm getting him for Father's Day! :)

You don't have to be crafty to make beautiful things.
